MIXD Privacy Policy

 

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to Markies LLC and the MIXD app and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Markies LLC include the MIXD app (“MIXD”). MIXD is an augmented reality app that is location based. By using MIXD, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

 

Collection of Your Personal Information

MIXD may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, your facebook information, including your friends. MIXD will collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age, gender and location. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

 

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through your use of MIXD, this information may be collected and used by others.

 

Use of Your Personal Information

MIXD collects and uses your personal information to operate its app, including but not limited to your email address.

 

MIXD may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from MIXD and its affiliates. MIXD may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

 

MIXD does not sell, rent or lease its user lists to third parties.

MIXD may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis and provide user support.  All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to MIXD, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
